We had a great match today!! We had 49 shooters, 5 stages, perfect weather, and enough steel to last us 6 months…:) . Thanks to all who helped run the match, help set up, and help take down. Without you we could never have these great matches. Special thanks to all those folks that came in from out of town. We really enjoy all your company.

Poplarville match reminder
We are still planning on shooting tomorrow in Poplarville. The rain may move in later, but for now, we are on. Please check back by 7:00 AM for a final decision. If a cancellation notice HAS NOT been posted, then we are still on.
February 2013 Poplarville 3-Gun match results
Super Bowl… What Super Bowl??? While the turnout was a bit light today, the shooting was definitely SUPER! With 4 stages of varying skill level and shot count, we tested six shooters in all disciplines. From long, 3-gun affairs to quick, 2-gun speed shoots, we had it all. And, did I mention to bring your scopes? With rifle shots off the spring platform out to 400+ yards, you needed to know where your rifle shot to not waste a huge amount of time on Spring Hill. BPSA Match Saturday February 9, 2013 – Single Stack Challenge
First off, we just want to thank the South Mississippi Practical Shooting Club for letting us mooch in here on their site. We hope BPSA being here with the other South Mississippi clubs will make this the “One-Stop” place to get South Mississippi Club and Match information. Maybe we can talk Bill and Tom into a “3 Match for one low price” shooting special one month….lol
So, with that said, the stages are ready for BPSA’s February’s USPSA Pistol match. The match will be held at the Coast Rifle and Pistol Club on Hwy 67, 8 miles morth of I-10, exit 46. Sign-up begins at 8:15 – Hammer Down at 9:00. For those of you who like a stage preview, click the target to open the PDF file.
February’s match is a Single Stack challenge, so dust off your 1911 and come on out. We look forward to a big turn out….
