South Mississippi Practical Shooting

Registration is open and slots are available for this month’s USPSA match, presented by the Deep South Shooters Association. The match will take place at the Coast Rifle and Pistol Club in Biloxi on March 21, 2021. Shooting begins at 9 AM. Please arrive no later than 8:30 AM to check in and pay, but earlier is always better. NOTE: The match moves to the 3rd Sunday of the month starting this month!

Juniors shoot for free, CPRC members shoot for $15, all others shoot for $20.

The Deep South Shooters Association monthly USPSA pistol match is moving to the third Sunday of the month, starting in March of 2021. Our next match will be March 21, 2021. We will stay on the third Sunday for the foreseeable future. Please mark your calendars appropriately.

Nick Brandt, who is the match director for both the Steel Challenge match and the USPSA match (club MS17 Brothers-n-Arms, dormant since last year) in Hattiesburg, will now hold both these matches on the same weekend, which will be the fourth full weekend of each month. This means Steel Challenge will be shot on Saturday and USPSA Pistol on Sunday of the same weekend at the Brothers N Arms range in Hattiesburg (same range as before). The Hattiesburg USPSA match will return to action on Sunday, April 25, 2021.
