We recommend an AR style rifle with 30+ round magazine.
There will be no mandatory reloads, and stages will not require more than 30 rounds, so minimal gear is needed to compete.

BPSA May 2016 CQB Rifle Match Results!
We had 58 shooters from all along the Gulf Coast come out to the BPSA May 2016 CQB match today.
Weather was great and the match ran smooth. Stages were fast and fun, with just enough speed bumps to keep shooters honest.
Corey Yates lead most of the day but his FTN on the final stage knocked him out the lead and Brandon Guillory was able to finish strong for the win in Rifle Division. Less than 0.4 seconds separated them. Joe Jones rounded out the top 3.
…
In 22LR division, Jonathan O’Brien ran away with it for the win, finishing 30+ seconds ahead of the next shooter.
And last but not least, Brant Pace was lucky number 11 today, and won the FN 15 Rifle!
Full results are at the following link:
I want to thank everyone who came out and shot today, I really appreciate some of ya’ll coming from far and wide to shoot it and I hope you all enjoyed it as much as I did. I also want to especially thank those who helped setup, without whom matches like this aren’t possible. Also big thanks to Lee Frasier for providing everyone the water.

Brothers N Arms Memorial Day Weekend USPSA Pistol Match Resuts
Though a bit on the humid side, we were blessed with great weather and an even greater turnout for today’s match. Thanks to the sixty shooters that came out to the Brothers N Arms Range to kick off their holiday weekend and to support our club, including Steven and Sloan Sanders of Team Precision Delta. Sloan recently took third place in Women’s Open Division at the IPSC National Championship and the USPSA National Championship, as well as being the 2015 Florida Open Lady’s Open Champion. Steven currently holds a Grand Master classification in USPSA Limited division, and has set his goals high for the 2016 season. The Sanders were by no means the only shooters of note, making the match that much more fun for all the new folks to the sport like myself!
Mr. Sanders was the overall match winner along with taking top honors in the Limited division, both by a convincing margin. Read more…

Swamp Eagles suspend future matches
As most everyone knows, Tom’s match (aka. Pearlington, Swamp Eagles, etc.) lost it’s home range in February of this year. For the past four months the match has been shot at the Poplarville range, and although a search is still underway for a new home, Tom has decided to suspend further matches. While the club is not going away just yet, Tom is also considering selling the entire match to anyone that is interested. This would include all the props and the rights to the USPSA club charter. If you or anyone you know is interesting that starting a club at your home range, please contact Tom directly.
Once a final decision has been made on the future of the Swamp Eagles, we’ll be sure to let everyone know. But, effective June 2016, the Swamp Eagles will not shoot.
May 2016 Pearlington (Swamp Eagles) pistol match results
Although the web master forgot to post the match notification this week, the turnout was actually pretty good, at least for as long as the match has been in Poplarville. At least a few shooters had a good match and their scores put them on top. The overall match winner was Read more…
