 **The Classic is Full! **

As of Wednesday, December 24, the match is full. If you haven’t sent in your registration, then you will be on the waiting list, at best.

Set your appointment calendar. The application for the 2015 Mississippi Classic is to be posted December 21th at approximately 8 PM. For more information, click the link here.

It appears registration will still be by mail, so you will have to do your best, but still hope the mailman treats you right. The match filled up in just a couple of days last year, so plan accordingly.

This month we had 41 shooters, perfect weather, and a great match.   If you didn’t pre-register, you need to get on board…..pre-registering gives you opportunity to pre-squad with your friends and saves you having to fill out all your info the morning of the match.  The pre-registration link is on each month’s match announcement.   Look for it!!

We would like to thank everyone who came out today and I want to especially thank everyone who helped set-up and those of you who helped break down. We appreciate it more than you can ever imagine.

As always, if anyone ever has an idea for a stage, you are welcome to come on out and have at it. Just let us know and we will reserve a bay for you. We will appreciate the help and you may just have a talent for stage design that you just don’t know about yet.

Again and as usual, thanks for all your help and support. Without you, we could not make this all happen!

Again, congratulations to this month’s winners….

BPSA October Pistol Match Results

I venture to day that the 53 shooters will all agree that today’s match was a good challenge.  We wanted to do something special this month so we dug out every piece of steel we had!  For most of us, stage 5 was a humbling experience with 23 pieces of steel, to include our brand new Plate Rack and the Texas star.  To top it off, the single paper target was on a swinger that had to be engaged on the swing.  Today’s division winners definitely earned their titles and we congratulate you for outstanding performances.

This month we had 46 of the 53 shooter’s pre-register and that really helped save us time getting everything setup and started.   If you didn’t pre-register, you need to get on board…..pre-registering gives you opportunity to pre-squad with your friends and saves you having to fill out all your info the morning of the match.  The pre-registration link is on each month’s match announcement.   Look for it!!

October Poplarville 3-gun match results

Mother Nature was kind to us today with the weather being almost completely opposite of the stifling heat from last month. The temperature was around 68 at match time and the entire day was pleasant with abundant sunshine and light breezes. Elven shooters showed up today and were treated to four great stages. We ventured back into the gulley for the first time in quite a while, and played a bit of hide and seek with the paper targets in the east side bay. The ravines made great cover for the brown targets who blended in quite well with their surroundings. Two flying clay pigeon targets rounded things out for a great match.

The match went down to the wire and we crowned a new first-time champ today. In the top spot was Read more…
