January 2015 Pearlington pistol match results
The first match of the new year was well attended and well-weathered. It was a bit cool at 9 AM, but by the end of the match, it was short sleeve weather. With forty shooters and five great stages from the mind of Bob, we cruised to a smooth match and were done by just a little after Noon. Our fearless leader abandoned us for a cruise today, but it didn’t seem to affect anyone.
The overall winner and Open division winner was
Max Michel. Steven Mosher won Limited but it was pretty close there. The Limited guys showed that you really don’t need a stinkin’ dot to be effective, with second through fifth places overall being won by Limited shooters, booting the rest of the dot people out of the picture. In Production, Bryant Willett barely beat Jonathan Jones for the top spot. Gerald Benton returned to his well-worn spot at the top of Revolver and first-timer (to Pearlington) Gary Kerr won Single Stack.
Thanks again to Bob for the great stages, and to all the shooters who helped to run the match, set it up and tear it down.

THANKS FOR SENDING ME THE INFO ON THE MATCH .
A competitor,(Dalton) lost/left a small brown colored brass bag at Pearlington Sunday. Please let me know if y’all found one after the match.
