Brothers N Arms USPSA Pistol Match Update

This past April marked the third anniversary for the Brothers N Arms USPSA Club.  I am extremely proud to have been a part of this wonderful experience from conception to birth to realization.  I am writing this, however, to let everyone know that I am unable to continue with my current administrative duties for the club. Personal and professional obligations have both in recent months placed ever increasing demands on my time.  While many of you have expressed remorse over the matches that got rained out or rescheduled, I was quietly relieved in some instances.  In my book, that’s a sure sign that it’s time for someone else to handle my role.

Justin Green and the folks with Brothers N Arms Range are committed to seeing this match continue.  Justin plans to continue his role of designing and setting up the stages.  He is not, however, able to take over the administrative requirements of match registration, squadding, or the various match day duties that are required.  I am more than willing to offer guidance and coaching on these activities to whatever level is needed to keep the match going.  None of these things are difficult and none of them require any kind of special skill set.  Like the insurance ad used to say – a Cave Man can do it.  All of the equipment, physical and electronic, is paid for and ready to go.  The venue is first class and has the commitment of range management for ongoing maintenance and improvement. This is an open invitation to be a first hand part of a turn key, first class, well attended USPSA Level I Match.  This event has unlimited potential and there is a strong future with the right people at the helm.

So many of you have told me so many times how much you have enjoyed this match.  Now is the time to step up if you have the desire and the will to take it to the next level.  I want very much to see it continue and will help in any way that I can to make that happen.  Do not hesitate to reach out to me with any thoughts or questions that will keep this moving forward.  My email is ms17.bna@gmail.com and my cell is 601-408-0323.
