January 2022 CQB Rifle/PCC Match in Biloxi
The fifth Sunday in a month means an additional match with a different format. This month, it will be a CQB (Close Quarters Battle) match at Coast Rifle and Pistol Club (Biloxi) on January 30, 2022 at 9 AM. There will be three divisions for this match:
- Center Fire Rifle – Typically an AR or AK firing most any centerfire cartridge.
- PCC – A Pistol Caliber Carbine firing a pistol caliber round out of a rifle platform.
- Rimfire Rifle – Typically, an AR design rifle shooting 22LR.
Details about what is and isn’t allowed are on the Practiscore registration page. The match will have 4 stages and a round count of approximately 125, give or take some. Shooters will be allowed to shoot two different divisions only if space is available the morning of the match. Registration on Practiscore is open to one division only.
Scoring will be Hit Factor (USPSA style, where points divided by time is your Hit Factor). Targets will be USPSA paper and all divisions will be scored MINOR regardless of caliber. Irons, red dots, and scopes are all allowed in all divisions. There are no classification or separate categories for old, young, military, ladies, or any other distinction. There are no prizes, either. This is just for fun, but USPSA safety rules will be used and ALL guns MUST have a real chamber flag in use at all times, other than when shooting a stage. Cases or carts are required for storage when not shooting.
Cost for the match is $15 for CRPC members, $20 for non-members and $5 for juniors (<18).
